How long do Fastpitch Louiseville Slugger Catalysts usually last for(maintaining their pop)...?

My friend has the light blue one(FP71C) that is one year old and she is selling it to me for $75... do you think it still has life in it? Good Deal? Thanks! oh.... she's selling it b/c she got the new model for her B-day Thanks!

2. Yea I would just be polite and say that someone may be getting you a new one so you are no longer interested. Most of the bats with "pop" are due to thin walls (trampoline effect) and the more pop they start with the sooner they lose it. Get you a new one.
3. Well if there was nothing wrong with it I doubt her parents would bother getting a new one. I would just borrow the new one....lol
